Clients who cancel within 24 hours of their appointment will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. Your deposit will be applied to your service if rescheduled within 30 days of the initial appointment date. If the rescheduled appointment date is after 30 days of the original date, your deposit will be forfeited, and you will need to pay for your service in full at the time of your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment more than 2 times in a row, you will be charged 100% of your booked service.
THE MOST EFFICIENT WAY TO CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT IS BY USING THE CANCELLATION OPTION ON THE WEBSITE. This option is not available if you need to cancel on the same day as your appointment. If you are canceling on the same day, text or call me. Please do not DM me on social media to cancel your appointment!
Clients who Call-No Show will be charged an inconvenience fee, 100% of the service, and banned from booking. All services require a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit that will be applied to the balance of your service. If you need to reschedule, you will be allowed to transfer your deposit ONE TIME within 30 days of the original appointment date. Deposits are only applied to your service if you attend your appointment. For example, if you No Call-No Show, then your deposit will be forfeited.
A late fee of $15 will be charged if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a $25 late fee. Please keep in mind that being late to your appointment can affect how I run the rest of my day, so you may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 10 minutes late. If you are asked to reschedule due to tardiness, the 24-hour cancellation policy will be followed. If you decide that you would like to change your service, please communicate that information to me prior to your appointment.
A confirmation text is automatically sent to the phone number/email addresses on file. All appointments must be confirmed prior to the day of your appointment. Please make sure to keep your contact information up to date. I accept Zelle, Apple Pay, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, and Cash as forms of payment. Although you may pay in cash, I do not keep change. CASH APP is NOT an accepted method of payment, but you can use your Cash App card in the card reader. Credit/Debit card info must be put on file to hold an appointment; However, the card on file WILL NOT be charged UNLESS the client wishes to use the said card to pay or in the event of any circumstances named in the policies listed above. Additional time has been added to all services to allow time for a deeper clean between clients and for you to fill out any necessary consent and consultation forms. Services may not take up the whole time window listed.
